Can you work within a strict budget?
Yes, our team is experienced with tight budgets. Please call us to discuss options.
Are there any surcharges?
Depending on the job, there may be. Items such as mattresses, appliances, tires, and bed bug environments all have small surcharges.
How can I estimate my own cubic yardage?
A cubic yard is about the size of a regular stove. If you need help, give us a call to set up a free estimate.

Do you remove paint?
Yes. For other types of chemicals, give us a call.
Do you pick up drywall?
It depends on the status of your drywall. Please give us a call to learn more.
Do you pick up items with bed bugs?
Yes, we do for a small surcharge.
How do you measure the amount of junk?
We measure by size, not weight. All amounts are determined per cubic yard, which is about the size of a regular stove.
How do you determine price?
We charge by the amount of junk removed and the time spent on site.

Are your bed bug treatments safe for pets?
Yes! We offer a non-chemical option to be extra safe. Just make sure you let the particles settle during the exclusion time afterwards.
Do I need to prepare for the appointment?
Pest control preparation is a vital step in the pest management process. Please see our pest preparation page for more information.
Do you treat lice, mites, and fleas?
No, since these pests normally reside on people and pets, we are not able to treat them.
Can I be home during the treatment?
Depending on the treatment, you may need to be prepared to vacate your space for a number of hours after treatment. We will discuss this with you prior to your appointment.

Vital Oxide, diluted Lemon Quat, and diluted Germalin
Do you provide the cleaning products?
Yes, we provide the cleaning products unless otherwise specified by the customer. We can also procure specific desired cleaning products upon request.
Do you do trauma scene cleanups?
Depending on the situation, we may be able to help. Please call us to discuss options.
Do you clean walls?
Yes, we can clean them by hand or with a steam cleaner depending on the condition.
