In 2010, Dylan Goggs embarked on a mission to make a difference in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. After volunteering with local community groups, he recognized the potential in individuals who faced barriers to traditional employment. With a single pickup truck and two employees, Dylan founded CleanStart, aiming to provide meaningful work opportunities and comprehensive property services.
